Sessions will be conducted with a fully Licensed Victorian Boxing and Combat trainer and qualified Health and Fitness personal trainer. The boxing sessions caters for all types of fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner wanting to learn and improve your fitness at the same time or a more advanced participant wanting to improve your boxing skills to the next level of fitness.
Training sessions will help improve and develop:
