Boxcamp & F.I.T Bootcamp that guarantees you results. Offering alternative programs over the six week period and beyond. Group class is suitable for all fitness levels. Goals are to help you Lose Weight, Stay Fit and Stay Healthy.

WHATS OUR 5 METHODS TO IMPROVE YOUR RESULTS ?
1. Fitness Consultation: Training goal setting, past training history and questionnaire
2. Physical Check-In: Weigh-in, Fat-loss percentage, Blood Pressure, Strength & Aerobic Testing.
3. 45 mins classes: Each week there’s a new boxing/functional base programs design to boost your core strength, cardio and general weight loss.
4. Training programs for home/gym: 30 min programs catering for your personal goals.
5. Health Review: How your progressing and to seeing if any changes needs to be altered.

Boxcamp – Saturday: 8 – 8.45 am
F.I.T (Functional) Bootcamp – Monday: 6.15 – 7am
