Boxing

Sessions will be conducted with a fully Licensed Victorian Boxing and Combat trainer and qualified Health and Fitness personal trainer. The boxing sessions caters for all types of fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner wanting to learn and improve your fitness at the same time or a more advanced participant wanting to improve your boxing skills to the next level of fitness.

Training sessions will help improve and develop:

• Reflexes, balance, speed and agility
• Cardio fitness

Personal Training/Group Training

” Having been in the fitness industry for a number of years now, I now have the understanding that everyone has different goals to achieve, some easy, some hard. My focus as your Personal Trainer is to give you confidence in reaching those goals by giving you the right education in corrective training techniques (especially with chronic injuries), help you track your weekly performance and offer support in helping you plan your weekly training routine as it’s sometimes difficult with a busy working or parenting lifestyle.”

Training Programs offered by Top Boxing includes:

• Cardio Boxing – A fun way to do boxing and to get your heart rate pumping at the same time.
• Kettlebell Training – Great way to build strength through your core, muscle toning and burning fat.
• Functional Training – Training the body for activities performed in your daily in life.
• HIIT/Tabata Training – High Intensity Interval Training with short burst of different types of exercises with a short recovery time over a period of rounds. (30mins session only)
• Strength & Conditioning Training – Wanting to have a periodised training program that will benefit your sporting activities or just wanting to increase your overall strength.
