Our commitment to you:

• To provide you with the service you require to the highest possible standard
• To be considerate of your individual needs and be hands on in their approach to your training
• Your trainer will prescribe exercise activities suitable to achieving your goals
• Your trainer will monitor each session and although they may vary in intensity, your trainer will ensure they provide the best opportunity for you to achieve your desired results
• If for any reason your trainer arrives late for a session your trainer will make up that missed time either extending that session to make up the time, or add time to the next session

Our commitment to us:

• All relevant forms are completed prior to commencing your personal training sessions.
• Sessions must be cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by directly contacting your Personal Trainer. If these conditions are not adhered to, clients will incur a full session fee.
• Arriving late to a session will result in that time being forfeited.
• Payments paid by cash, Internet Banking or Direct Debit must be done PRIOR to each session.
• If paying by direct debit, sessions that take place before the 1st direct debit must be paid before the commencement of that session/s.
• Once Purchased Personal Training Packs and Personal Training Direct Debit Memberships are non-refundable, that is:
• 5 packs must be used within 3 months from date of purchase
• 10 packs must be used within 6 months from date of purchase
• PT on direct debits must be used within the fortnight period. If 12 hour notice is given those sessions must be made up in the following fortnight after which they are void.
• If you find you want to alter your PT on direct debit (e.g suspension, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel) you must complete a Request Form at Reception.
• 3 days written notice before the next debit date is required for suspensions, upgrades and downgrades. 14 days written notice is required before the next debit date for cancelling your PT Direct Debit.
