TOP BOXING Fitness Academy,

Since early 2015, Top Boxing has been developing training programs for both adults & children – boxing & fitness programs that are professional, enjoyable & an excellent way to get into shape. 

​

Key features of the programs are:

​

  • Sessions are 45 minutes, BOXING, HIIT and FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH training 

  • Each session is different although the goal remains the same – train hard, work up a sweat & burn calories 

  • Sessions cater for all skill levels – beginner to advanced

  • Experienced trainers on had to provide positive advice & reinforcement

  • Inclusive of a 1-on-1 training that develops participant confidence
